Sarah completed her massage therapy certification at Crestone Healing Arts Center, Colorado in the winter of  2009. She is currently a licensed massage therapist in Seward, Alaska. She has 630 hours of core massage education including:  Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascia release, Jin Shin acupressure, Hot Stone Therapy, Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has also studied Reiki in India; Lomilomi techniques on the Big Island, Hawaii; and 100 hours of  Aroma101 through The School for Aromatic Studies.  Yoga, meditation, and holistic healing have been a part of her life for over 14 years.  

Born and raised in the beautiful town of Seward, Alaska, Sarah spent time living in Colorado, Lake Tahoe and traveling abroad before returning to her home to offer what she has learned to her community.

She spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, fly fishing, gardening, and traveling.
